So yesterday I learned that currency is intricate as eff. You’d think I’ve have learned this a long time ago, but yesterday was the first time that I ever attempted to draw it. It ended up taking two lunch breaks.
Anyway! My wallet has been bleeding money like an SR-71 bleeds fuel on the ground and it’s all thanks to the Steam Summer Sale. >_> Urg.
Started drawing a gazer. Thought about mascara. Turned into a female. Not much to say. 😛
This one is a request from a coworker. Yesterday he requested “a cuttlefish with a jetpack.” Thus, the scuttlefish was born.
While I didn’t look at the image as a reference while drawing this, the composition was inspired by a w00t shirt that I bought a while back. It’s one of my favorites.
No matter what you call it, this drawing turned out creepy as shit. Did you know that a group of octopi is called a consortium?
This is an emotionally spurred sketch, just like Grr Arg was. When two people’s lives grow together, gracefully untying those connections is tedious, tiring, and difficult. Some people choose just to hack the hole mess off, but that leaves a large wound that needs to heal. Either path probably takes the same amount of time.
I ended up using the very last drop of ink from my favorite writing pens in making this today. I just didn’t feel like using the Zigs for some reason. I used some color! Ideally, I would have made the left blue and right green, but I didn’t have the tools available while at work.
Why is that octopus smacking a fish? And why is he wearing a backpack and a headband? There are reasons. 😉 You’ll see hopefully before 2013.

Back from an awesome vacation! I drew a line, it turned into a book. *Shrug*
As the board says, I’m going on vacation for the rest of the week. I wouldn’t expect to see any sketches while I’m gone, but who the hell knows. It’ll depend a lot on how much/well I can post using my phone.
